Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2, 2026

These terms govern your use of FedContractIQ(the "Service"), available at fedcontractiq.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service provides

FedContractIQ organizes and analyzes public information about U.S. federal contracting published by official government sources, primarily SAM.gov and USAspending: contract opportunity alerts by NAICS code and set-aside, company contract-history search by name or UEI, and market intelligence. The Service is an information tool. FedContractIQ is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the U.S. government, does not guarantee the award of any contract, and does not replace direct consultation of the official sources.

2. Not legal or professional advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, accounting or professional advice. We are not attorneys or registered advisors, and information provided by the Service should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional regarding your eligibility, certifications, proposals or compliance obligations.

3. Your account

Registration is performed through Google sign-in. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for the accuracy of the profile information you provide (company, UEI, NAICS codes, set-asides).

4. Plans and payments

The Service offers paid plans — Basic ($49/month) and Pro ($129/month) — billed monthly in U.S. dollars through Stripe. Prices are shown before payment. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel; you can cancel at any time from your account and you will keep access through the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, amounts already billed are not refunded on a prorated basis.

5. Data accuracy

The information comes from official public government sources and is provided "as is"and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Some data (for example, recently reported awards) may lag its official publication. FedContractIQ does not warrant that the information is complete, current or error-free, and recommends verifying against the official notice on SAM.gov before making decisions.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt to breach its security, resell access, or extract data in bulk through automated means without authorization.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FedContractIQ shall not be liable for business decisions made based on information from the Service, nor for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
